We are glad to welcome you to our brand new, high quality serviced apartments in the heart of Lugano, furnished to a very high standard with designer items and fittings. With apartments ranging from studios to 2 bedrooms, sleeping from 2 to 6 guests, with assigned carparking, wi-fi and daily cleaning services.
We have a fitness centre available during your stay, well equipped with the latest Technogym equipment, on-site secure car-parking and a team working around the clock to ensure your needs are met.
The fully air-conditioned units with Cooling System / Ventilation System, have en-suite bathrooms, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, wardrobe, a living room, an equipped kitchen, balcony and views over the city or to the surrounding mountains. A dishwasher, an oven and microwave and fridge are also offered, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine. All apartments are serviced daily, and supplies such as nespresso coffee, and laundry capsules are replenished.

Secure allocated parking is available in the underground garage and high speed wi-fi.
One Bedroom Apartments
This apartment features 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 living room with a double sofa bed, 1 bathroom, a balcony featuring mountain or city views. The kitchen is fully equipped and each apartment has it’s own laundry machine. Secure allocated parking is available in the underground garage and high speed wi-fi.
Two Bedroom Apartments
This apartment features 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 living room with a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and a balcony and featuring mountain or city views. The kitchen is fully equipped and each apartment has it’s own laundry machine. Secure allocated parking is available in the underground garage and high speed wi-fi.
Amazing place and perfect service
Liked · Everything – the apartment is perfectly located in the very middle of the city, it is spacious, clean, modern, it has everything you need. The communication with the agency was perfect, the host who welcomed us was the friendliest person, he was always responsive and there to help us. We absolutely loved this place and we strongly recommend it to anyone going to this area. We forgot something and are now mailing it back to us – lovely people and amazing service!
