Front Desk (Montreux Branch) is required for Swiss Hotel Apartments, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

Daily Plan and execute Day to Day Operation for the Front Desk including hotel standard procedures, check-in/out, housekeeping, supplies, cleanliness, guest satisfaction.
Promote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations.
Work alongside all other departments to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
Be responsible for all day-to-day queries, complaints or problems that arise.
Monitor the front desk functions book and familiarize yourself with all updates & amendments.
Liaise daily with the Direct Manager to forecast the reservations on a weekly basis and plan accordingly.
Maximize financial opportunities and achieve pro-active up-selling environment throughout the property.
Carry out Duty shifts as required.
Conduct regular inspection, cleanliness, Health & Safety audits.
Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.

Qualifications

Degree in Hotel Management or Similar is required.

French Speaking is a must.

Reside in Montreux or Near Surround.

At least two years of experience in similar job role

Switzerland Hospitality Industry Experience is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Having Valid driver’s license is preferred..
