Job Summary

Responsible for operating a Luxury Limousine vehicle and driving passengers to and from their destinations. Meet & Greet passengers.

Primary Responsibilities

Drive and maintain assigned vehicles in the safest manner possible, ensuring passengers safety and comfort.
Implement vehicle safety inspections, perform maintenance, and service vehicles as needed.
Provide prompt and professional service to customers.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain professional appearance as per the company guidelines.
Provide a timely, safe, and courteous transportation service to all guests.
Ensure vehicles are clean and well-stocked.
Assist guests with luggage, assist with loading and unloading luggage, and escort guests to vehicles.
Assist passengers with wheelchair access, special needs, and special needs vehicles, and follow parking guidelines.
Provide directions and schedules.
Ensure vehicles are clean inside and out.
Follow company policies and SOPs.

Requirements And Skills:

Valid Switzerland driver’s license (121)
Excellent driving record
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work shift work.
